Our Team:

Smart Sensum has a team of experts with a strong core knowledge in electromagnetics, antennas, RF, and metamaterials. Our team also includes experts in hardware, software, algorithms, signal processing, AI, bio-medical and mechanics, allowing us to approach our work from a multidisciplinary perspective and deliver innovative solutions that address the specific needs of our customers.


Founder and CEO – Vladimir Vulfin:

Vladimir has extensive experience in RF and antennas, with over 16 years of research and engineering background.  

Since 2015, Vladimir has been serving as the founder and CEO of Electromagnetics Infinity. The company specializes in design, electromagnetic simulations, and measurement services for a range of fields including antennas, microwave devices, board design (including Tx/Rx chains), mmWave radars, biomedical electromagnetics and signal processing. As a Certified Channel Partner of Ansys Inc., the global leader in engineering simulation software, Electromagnetics Infinity also offers technical support, sales, and consulting services for electronics simulation tools.

Prior to his work in Electromagnetics Infinity, for 2 years Vladimir worked as an Electromagnetic Engineer at Ansys Inc., a global leader in engineering simulation software, where he was actively involved in business development activities. He also spent 7 years as a Microwave & Antenna Engineer at a state-owned company. In addition, Vladimir has been active as an external lecturer in various universities and colleges in Israel for the last 15 years. He has supervised more than 120 degree final projects for students in Electrical Engineering Departments.

Vladimir holds an M.Sc. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, specializing in Electromagnetics, from Ben Gurion University. He conducted research on antennas, scattering, and metamaterials under the supervision of Prof. Reuven Shavit. Additionally, he has completed partial Ph.D. studies in the same field, also at Ben Gurion University and under Prof. Shavit’s supervision.

Vladimir has authored and co-authored over 50 publications in various international journals and international conferences.
